Monster: beast (motivation: to run wild, destroying and killing)
The creation of Blood Eyes, a sect that believes in enlightenment through suffering. They sacrificed their most promising scholar by piercing him with twelve swords consecrated to represent insight and understanding. What they did not suspect is that, after this sacrifice, the scholar would gain cosmic insights by hurting others rather than himself. Their victim became an Angel of Revelations, flying across the world on the swords that killed him as if they were wings, and sharing eldritch insights when he kills and destroys.
Powers
- Revelations: when the Angel is hurting someone or destroying something, he cannot help spilling cosmic revelations out of his mouth. Every time he deals harm, he speaks one fact chosen by the Keeper, roughly corresponding to investigate a mystery answers relevant to the larger plot but not necessarily to the current situation.
Attacks
- Flurry of swords, 5-harm hand/close messy area
Armour: 1-armour (hardened skin)
Harm capacity: 13
Weakness
- Resurrection: technically, the scholar who gave birth to the Angel is dead. If he were resurrected, the Angel of Revelations would be no more.
- Swords: if someone manages to wrestle at least one sword from the Angel’s body, they can use that sword to destroy him for good.
