Shoggoth.net is currently looking into generating revenue in order to offer to pay authors to write stories. Nothing is carved in stone yet and it will probably be a month or two before we begin paying just so we can get some cash in the bank so to speak and we can all get acclimated to this new system (*shudder* accounting *shudder*). Nearly a year ago, Wizards of the Coast announced its plans to publish a d20 version of Call of Cthulhu, the cult classic game of eldritch horror put out by Chaosium, with game designers John Tynes and Monte Cook behind the wheel.
