Rumored to be found in the satchel found on a corpse in the deserts of Nevada. Within were a thick folder of medical records and psychological evaluations and eight 35 mm film reels. Each reel contains 22 minutes of footage, with sound. The files were written by a Dr. Isaac Henderson, who also conducts the interviews on each reel. The records and the subject of the interviews is listed as Elijah Bishop, also listed as Detainee 57 of the Nevada Special Quarantine Facility 4.
The tapes and files detail examinations and interviews from March of 1929 to May of 1937. These accounts detail eight years of Elijah Bishop, a detainee from the raid on Innsmouth, Massachusetts. It details the physical and psychological changes the subject, a Deep One Hybrid, underwent at this time. While the details files are disturbing, listing in clinical detail the physical mutations and psychological changes the tapes are even more so. The video shows in chilling detail a year by year account of the subject’s annual checkups, showing their disturbing evolution as they metamorphose from something seeming human into a fully developed deep one. By the last film reel the subject can no longer speak and responds to questions using gestures or a large pad and marker. The files show that the subject was sterilized in 1930, and was due to be euthanized after their 1938 examination.
While the film reels were copied and can be found on the dark web, the transcripts of the file or physical copes are much harder to find. No record of a Nevada Special Quarantine Facility 4, a Dr. Isaac Henderson, or an Elijah Bishop can be found in any public records. Over the years multiple researchers have attempted to publish their findings after making a detailed review of these interviews. In each case the researcher has either ended up dead in an accident of some sort, ended their own lives, or simply vanished.
